This is serious offshore fishing aboard a 25' Forest Johnson & Son's Prowler, departing Hilton Head Island, destination: waaaaay out. Target species vary greatly over the course of a year, but can include King Mackerel, Barracuda, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Monster Sharks, and much more.

This is authentic Offshore fishing.

Sure, there are folks that will take you on a so-called 4 hour "deep sea" or "offshore" trip, but that means, "just off the shore" to the same types of places we might explore in our shorter 4 hour inshore programs. We value accurate descriptions and bet you do, too. For serious fisherman (and fish) the first few miles out are still technically Inshore Fishing or Nearshore Fishing.

Even in a typical 6 hour trip, we think your time is best spent on some closer (<5 mi) destinations so you can spend more time fishing and less time traveling.

Our 8 Hour Offshore fishing is the real deal, a serious journey out to distant wrecks and reefs. On an 8 Hour trip, we can choose from a variety of distant points, such as the Betsy Ross, Tire Reef, or Eagle's Nest.

Our offshore sportfishing trips on this vessel are recommended for ages 16+. For younger folks, we have a variety of appropriate options including 3 & 4 hour inshore trips.
